Changes have been made to the Laws of the Game (LoTG) for 2021.

The changes cover:

• Goalkeepers moving before a penalty is taken or illegally touching the ball a second time after restart
• How “accidental” handballs are interpreted
• Where on the arm is considered handball .. and where is not
• How quick free kicks and playing advantage affect cautions
