Our season is kicking off in March and we’d like to let you know about some of our social events that will be happening this season.
We’ll have a monthly calendar on our website with all the important dates highlighted as well as our monthly newsletter which will keep you up to date.
We’re really looking forward to seeing you at all these events and more in 2019.
This is our first big event for the year. Come along to meet and greet your new coach and team mates. We’ll present your young footballers with their Seaforth FC uniform and a “Welcome to our club” show bag. The event will include a BBQ for our players and there will be steak sandwiches for parents too, at a small charge. Tickets for this event will be available for purchase from our website soon.
Each month we will be having a Friday night dinner for whomever would like to come along. Tickets will be $5 each and this will include a meal and a juice for children under 12 and a meal for all adults. Drinks can be purchased at the bar. Our Junior teams will pitch in and help run the night.
These will run on the second Friday of the month with the first Friday night dinner on Friday the 12th of April and will be run by our Seaforth U12’s teams. Tickets will be available via our website. Please remember to book ahead so as not to miss out.
We’ll have a great day of fun and football for our Junior players and families to end the season.
The next Sydney FC game when we’re running the “Sky Blue Shuttle” from Seaforth Oval is on Saturday March 16th. Tickets are on sale from the 25th of January at Ticketek. Simply choose the “Sydney Cricket Ground” on Sat 16 March and use the Password “Seaforth”.
This will be for our senior players and partners.

Come along to the club house and enjoy a drink and some food while you play poker with your team mates.
We’ll be running a similar setup to last season to help you make sure you capture some great team photos to remember the year. For the month of July we will leave benches and club banners at the bottom of the hill for teams to take their team photos.
Seaforth FC would like to offer our members the ability to leverage the big crowds that come to Seaforth Oval each weekend and help you raise money for a registered charity of your choice. You can set up a cake stall on an area at the front of the oval near the club house. We’d love to be able to help you raise funds for charities linked to our area or members in some way.
These charity events will happen on the third weekend of every month during the 2019 season. The first weekend being Saturday 20th and Sunday 21st of April. If you are interested in running a cake stall for your charity, please contact Catriona Ormond our Manager, Club Community for details.
