[Updated 25th October 2021]
The Seaforth FC Annual General Meeting will be held on Thursday 28th October 2021 at the Seaforth Oval clubhouse at 7:30pm and via a Zoom video conference. The meeting generally lasts one hour.
We’ll be presenting our annual report, discussing our thoughts on the next few years and holding elections for our committee in 2022. There will be the opportunity for questions from members at the end of the meeting.
[Update on the agenda]
There are no motions or changes to the club’s constitution to be put to members at the meeting.
Single nominations were submitted by the cut-off date for each of the President, Vice President, MWFA Liaison and Manager, Women’s Football Management Group (Board) positions. So, as there are no roles for which multiple nominations have been received, there will be no contested elections held for Management Group (Board) positions at the 2021 AGM.
There were many other Management Group (Board) positions that were up for election (see below). All vacant roles will be appointed by the new Board to suitable candidates as soon as possible.
No nominations were submitted for General Committee positions so all roles will be appointed by the new Board to suitable candidates as soon as possible. There will be no contested elections held for General Committee positions at the 2021 AGM.
