Thanks in advance for your support doing rostered duties – the club won’t run without you

Seaforth Oval Duties Roster for next weekend

[ the above sheet is intentionally narrow so that this page formats well on phones ]

Nets (Action for last team on field)

The last team playing on each field each day is asked to please bring in all field gear around that field .. but not the nets (they’ll usually be used the following day).

If however there will be no matches played on a field the following day then the team will need to please bring in the nets.

13 & 14 APRIL

Notes for teams doing duties

Thanks, in advance, for your help during the season.

Teams on field setup or BBQ duty will be contacted well beforehand by the rostering coordinator.

Even if it’s raining or if your game has been cancelled .. ALWAYS ASSUME THAT YOUR DUTY SHIFT IS ON.  YOU WILL BE CONTACTED BY THE CLUB IF YOUR SHIFT IS TO BE CANCELLED.

We try very hard to arrange for your shift to be done on the day and time when you have a game at Seaforth Oval .. but sometimes it’s just not possible.

Please arrive on-time or a bit early.  A committee member will direct you in what needs to be done.

For teams on BBQ duty .. no-one under 16 is allowed in the BBQ area at any time.

All teams need to help out putting up and taking down nets, but this is not rostered – it needs to be done by the teams who play first and last on each field.
