The Seaforth FC Annual General Meeting to formally close off the 2025 season will be held on Thursday 13th November 2025 at the Seaforth Oval clubhouse at 7:00pm. The meeting generally lasts one hour.  

We’ll be presenting our annual report, discussing our thoughts on the next few years and holding formal elections for our committee in 2026. There will be the opportunity for questions from members at the end of the meeting.

Anyone who wishes to nominate for any position should submit a nomination form to the club Secretary Alan Glixman (secretary@seaforthfc.com) by 5:00pm on Friday 7th November 2024.

Apologies for the late notice of the meeting. The meeting organisers have all been overseas until just recently.

The terms of the following Management Group roles will not expire at this AGM, and so those roles are not up for re-election:

Secretary – Al Glixman (1 year remaining on term)
Manager Sponsorship – Graham Whitehead (1 year remaining on term)

The terms of the following Management Group roles will expire at the AGM, and so those positions are open for election for a two-year term through to the end of the 2027 season. Fortunately for the club the people currently in the roles have indicated that they wish to continue.

As usual, all General Committee roles have been declared vacant and are open for election for a one year term.

Many of our existing committee members have have offered to return next year but we always require and welcome new volunteers. If you are interested in joining the committee in 2026 please let us know.

There are no motions or changes to the club’s constitution to be put to members at the meeting.

There are no nominations for life membership to be put to members at the meeting.

A copy of the agenda for the 2025 Seaforth FC AGM and the 2025 annual report will be made available at the meeting. The club’s 2025 financials will be distributed only at the meeting.
