Registration to Seaforth FC for 2012 season

 If you were a Seaforth FC registered player in 2011, then a letter and personalised registration forms will be posted to your address after 20^th January 2011. Please make necessary corrections on the forms ensuring that you have completed all the fields on the forms before taking them to registration.

 If you were NOT a Seaforth FC registered player in 2011 or you haven’t received the letter and personalised forms before registration date, then the information below will provide guidance for registration.

 What you need to bring for registration depends upon your football* playing history. A section relevant to your playing history below will show the documentation you need to bring on registration days to finalise your registration.

*MWFA : Manly Warringah Football Association

*FFA : Football Federation of Australia

*football : soccer only, other football codes are not intended

The following table shows the age groups based on the year born in.

Proof of Age Document

A copy of a Birth Certificate, Passport or Driver Licence is your proof of age (POA) document.

POA is required for the following players:

 U11 Boys and Girls

All Players, even if you played for Seaforth last year

 All NEW competition players, U11-U18 U21 O35 O45, joining Seaforth FC for the first time.

 Digital Photos

This year we are going 100% DIGITAL as MWFA will be issuing plastic ID cards for 2012 season.

We will have a digital camera at the registration days, it is COMPULSORY that all players from U-11 and above and W-11 have to attend registration so that the photo can be taken.

 Fees

The fees (GST inclusive) for 2012 are:

 If registering more than one player per family, a $20 discount is allowed for the 2^ndplayer, and a $20 discount for each additional player from the same family. eg: 2 players per family = $20 discount; 3 players per family = $40 discount etc.

NO PAY NO PLAY: registrations will not be accepted unless accompanied by all relevant paperwork and payment has been received. We accept cash, cheque, Mastercard* or Visa*. (* credit card facility only available on official Registration days)

A late fee of $30 may apply for late registrations (after season starts).

2012 ONLINE REGISTRATION INFORMATION

SEAFORTH FOOTBALL CLUB ONLINE PLAYER REGISTRATION

Please follow the following instructions to register online.

Login

Go to the MyFootballClub website: www.myfootballclub.com.au
Click on “Register Now” » “Register” » “Player Registration”
Follow the prompts to find your FFA no. and/or create a password or to create a new account.
Login using your FFA number and password:

Start Registration

After you log in click on “Make a Registration” or “Register Now”.
Please fill in all the necessary contact fields.
Make sure your photo is recent and appropriate.
Registrations with in-appropriate photos will be rejected!
Photos must be a passport style photo from the shoulders up with no hats or sunglasses. (Photo’s are not required for Under 6 to Under 9 age group)
Make sure the mandatory fields have been entered and click the “Proceed with Registration” button.
On the next screen, enter in the club name, which is Seaforth Football Club. (If you get a message saying there are no packages then click OK and check the club name.)
Select the Registration role as: “Player”. (Note: If this is the first time you have registered to play football in Australia you will need to confirm whether you played in another country.)
Select the correct Registration Package that applies for your registration.

Then click the “Add” button.
Click the Next button at the bottom of the screen.
Answer the Yes/No question at the top. Read and acknowledge all the Terms and Conditions then click Next.
Click on “Pay Now” to pay online with a credit card (VISA or MasterCard).
Payment must be made before a registration can be accepted.
Answer the questions on the last page and click the “Save All Answers” button.

Your registration has now been submitted. Make sure you have paid your fees and completed any necessary ID checks, etc.

If you are a new player, and you are playing in the U11 age group or above, you must upload a photo and send proof of age to the registrar, email: registrar@seaforthfc.com
